Your delivery will be between 3 to 5 working days and excludes Saturdays and Sundays.    Delivery is free on all orders over £300 or £20 exc vat on all orders less than £300.

Your tiles will be delivered to you on a pallet.  They will arrive on a truck with a tail-lift and delivery will be to the kerbside.   If your home has restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering,  Delivery to addresses with restricted access may incur an additional charge.

Deliveries will not be discharged by the driver. Take care when removing packaging to avoid damages and injury. Tiles are heavy so please be careful.  

Cancellations / Changes

Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled.   Please make sure all your details are correct before dispatch.

Damages and Incorrect Deliveries

When you receive your tiles check the pallet for signs of damage.  If your tiles are damaged please sign for them as damaged and take a photo of the damaged tiles whilst the pallet is still on the kerbside.   

Please call us to report any damages or incorrect tiles within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.  We will send replacements or issue a refund as quickly as possible. 


Tiles must be returned in the original packaging and be of resellable quality.  The customer is responsible for organising the return of goods to our warehouse.  Returns must be within 30 days of the delivery date.  Refunds will be processed following our receipt of goods. 

Tile Star reserve the right not to refund if goods are not in a resellable condition or if the goods are returned after the 30 day period.

Special Orders

Items that have been specially ordered for a customers specific needs cannot be returned or refunded.
