Reporting Damages or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@tilestaruk.com.

Please include all of the following information so we can process your claim quickly:

1.Your full name and delivery address

2.A brief description of the issue (for example, cracked tiles, wrong product, damaged pallet)

3.Clear photos of the damaged items

4.Photos of the tiles while still on the pallet, where possible

5.Photos of any damaged packaging or pallet

6.A clear photo of the delivery note, showing it has been signed as “DAMAGED”

Incomplete claims may delay resolution, as we’re unable to arrange replacements or refunds without this information.

Once we receive all required details, we’ll review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
